Welcome to Intelligence Magic (“the Service”), an AI-based online service that collects information in a spreadsheet based on a research topic and user-defined columns. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. User Registration

To use Intelligence Magic, you need to create an account by providing your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3. Subscription and Billing

We offer a limited free tier and two paid plans: Personal and Business. Both paid plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time, but we do not offer refunds for the current billing period.

4. Data Usage and Storage

User input is stored in our system until the user chooses to delete it. We recommend regularly reviewing and managing your stored data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service processes and organizes information based on user inputs. The intellectual property rights of the source material remain with their original owners. Intelligence Magic does not claim ownership of any content processed through our Service.

6. User Obligations

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any information inputted into the Service. Users must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The Customer may not:

• a. circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security protection of the Services;

• b. use the Services in unlawful or fraudulent ways or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The results generated by our AI-based Service may not always be accurate or complete. Users are advised to fact-check all data points before use. We provide source records within the Service to assist with verification. Intelligence Magic is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
